Interesting. Is this printed on a piece cloth?

I have no knowledge regarding this matter, but the translations are as follows: -

國家銀行西北分行 - National Bank Northwest Branch

五分 - Five cents

一九三(?)五年 - 1935

Reading for all characters are from left to right except the year. I believe is 1935. I find the 3 is a bit hard to read.
