Probably old news by now, but here is the commemorative banknote of Dennis Bergkamp that will come out (or came out) soon. Here's a picture of it! Enjoy!

From that website, is says is a genuine banknote. I though only the European Central Bank has the sole authority to print and issue legal tender banknotes!!

It is exonumia.  It should be listed there.  If it is listed in the banknote section, It will be moved.
