I have slowly been adding the signatures to Israel, and saw at least one is missing (my bad).

 

Could we have Aharon Fogel added?

 

I could only find something about the person, other than the Moneypedia information. Seems to have been active between 2007 and 2008. And for the Bank of Israel.

 

Maybe @her.terk the referee can help with more information?
