Krause lists all four dates (1808, 1810, 1811 and 1818) under the same type (KM#170), but the 1818 bears the legend “RESPUB BERN” instead of “CANTON BERN” and therefore should be listed as a separate type.

The year 1818 definitely deserves a separate type according to the Numista guideliness .
"Coin types are split on independent pages when they feature:
Different legends or countermarks
