2 Old coins that i could use help with. (Something Arabic and maybe Celtic?) [solved]

I have two coins that were in a lot and i have no idea what they are. I think the first one looks interesting enough that someone could maybe recognize it but i have very little hope for the second one. A region or time frame would help though so i know where to put it :)

First coin:

Weight: 1,58g
Diameter: 16,5 x 18mm (slightly elongated)
Material: Seems to be Copper

For this next one i think we might not even get a region or time frame cause there is very little information and the coin just looks worn and generic. Maybe Celtic? Though im not even sure if its even European. But maybe someone here has an idea. Because of its size and my bad phone camera its hard to get a good photo of it as well, so i apologise for that.

And completly blank, though i think this was just a one sided design.

Weight: 0.81g
Diameter: 11 x 12mm (slightly elongated)
Material: Seems to be Silver

Thanks a lot in case anyone has any Ideas :)

The second one is not Celtic, but is actually from Sindh. It’s very offstruck, so it’s hard to tell if it’s pre-Islamic or from Arab rule, but the three dots give it away.

An example of a pre-Islamic type:
