While looking through 1942 half pennys i found a few errors a couple wich stand out and i am looking to see what you think second one could it be e over e in penny

I still think it's post mint damage. There's damage to the E, N and N and maybe the Y in PENNY , both the V and I in VI, both the V and I in GIV. Also, in one picture the damage to the I in GIV doesn't look the same as in the other picture maybe an effect of different lighting.
coin with uncatalogued error. This is a 1922 centenary coin of Brazil's Independence with an error in the name "Epitácio", the same comes with an error in the letter "E" appearing "T" (Tpotácio), such error is not recorded in any records.
