Off-center or damaged? Gwalior 1/4 Anna

Hello everyone, I have come across this coin that I believe to be the coin below

I believe the coin I have is slightly off-center, and I would like to know the opinion of experts about this topic :)

Sorry if the coins seem out of focus as I tried to focus on the area where I believe the off-centerness is prominent, if need be I can try taking better pictures.

It's almost normal to see slight off centre lndian machine struck coins, the one on your link is a perfect example.
