1 Mon "Kan'eitsūhō" Old type [solved]

Hello everyone,

I have two Japanese coins that we both classify as 1 Mon "Kan'eitsūhō" Old Type. 
However, they are clearly different in quality/workmanship. 
Can I identify them both as ND (1636) 坂本銭 Sakamoto-sen; left stoke of 永 point up?

First 23mm 3.39gr (for this one the edge of the reverse is higher) 


Second 22mm 2.62gr

To my knowledge, the key to assigment of “old” and “new” Kan'ei is the 寶 character.

Based on this, I think the second picture is a “new” Kan'ei.
