 Looks like a Russian coin, with lettering across the middle, 

then below it a line each side at a slight angle. 

What is the diameter? Still looking …

It can be that yes but the my scale is showing that its weight is below 1g

Given limited identifiable information left ZacUK correctly guessed that you got half kopeck from Russian empire. Lost third of its weight to wear and corrosion or your scales are not accurate down to hundredths of gram.

 

RIP ½ kopeck.
