Merging of duplicate German notgeld notes [solved]

This note has 2 varieties, one with a red overprint and one without.

N#534052

Based on this formatting, I am wondering if these 2 notes in the catalog should be combined. They are the same note and have the same catalog number. The only difference is one has an overprint and the other doesn't

They can also be together in one entry, I personally don't mind. Is there a scheme how to handle those additional stamps or marks or is it from case to case in other Numista categories?

I am not sure of other examples to check. I only know of the Rhine Province example as its in my collection.

Nonetheless, I have submitted a request to the page for N#535102 to add a new year/variety line for the overstamped version of the note. If that request is approved, then we will need an Admin to move over the users with the overstamped note to the new line on the above page, and then delete the overstamp version page entirely.

Thanks,

Tony

My request to add a year variety line for the over stamped variety to 535102 was approved by the referee.

@Jarcek Would you be able to move the members with the overstamped variety from this page (https://en.numista.com/343530) to the new variety line on N#535102, and then delete the page for the former?

Thanks,

Tony
