Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to incorporate the attached token to the collection of Numista. It has the same inscripction on both sides (Ghent Univeristy Museum) and is made out of strong brass.

It is 2,20 cm diametre and 2 mm edge.

Yes, it belongs in the catalogue.  Please add using these guidelines and make a picture of the reverse too, even if it looks the same.
