Welcome to Numista.

Realistically, you can probably expect a small premium over melt value unless you can find a buyer who is willing to pay more for whatever their reasoning. If you aquired it in 2019, you paid approximately $1,300 - $1500 for it. Quite a handsome profit even at melt value. These type issues are intended for investors and not collectors. The interest is usually primarily in the bullion and not primarily  in the subject matter or rarity.

Sorry, but we are talking about a gold coin that has never been removed from its capsule,
with a mintage of only 500 pieces.
It is a proof issue, comes with its original presentation box and certificates, is of very low mintage, and is in flawless condition.

I really don’t believe it has no collectible value.

It sounds like you know a lot more of its value than the members on this forum.  Why then are you asking here?  Take it to a coin shop or put it on Ebay or another on-line selling site and determine its value that way.  I'm sure you've searched on-line for sales. What did you find?

Good luck with it. Just promise you will be totally honest about what you are actually offered for it. Sorry, but you will forgive me if I dont trust you will be honest about it. It really does have little collectable value over it's bullion value to the overwhelming majority. Proof, flawless, OGP/COA, low mintage, or otherwise. The value is in the bullion. Please dont shoot the messenger.

hi,

harrykeepthechange is correct with the value.

Rarity and condition don't help, therefore i would keep the original box instead of grading.
