I have put this coin on because of the topmost character. The coin is smaller and thinner than usual.

I agree that it could be a Chong zhen coin.

i've looked though hartill catalogue and it might be a h 20.333
it is definitely a fou cracter at bottom and a square head tong.

I do not know the FD# of coin.
The Japanese issued one book about Vietnamese ancient coin (Japanese language) and I watch picture of coin on book.
I like this coin !
