Date is 1844

Any help with true composition and KM # would be apprerciated

It is a local bank token.
You will not find it in Krause.

Go to catalog look up Canda provinces then hit lower canada. It should be there. Watch the spelling on the coin to match up
It is, what it is, or is it.
Correct Alfred, I am mistaken with some other local tokens.
But Krause does not give a lot of details
