I was thinking to an "Asia Tanga" like:

But I didn't find any round monogram

Could the first pic be that of a crude (and upside-down) fleur-de-lis ?
Like in these:

?
I just took the pic, flipped and rotated.

Now the pattern looks inset/incuse to me, how strange. I cannot help with the ID, I have searched but nothing close.

Thank you all, I think also it's a fleur-de-lys, and maybe this coin :

with a sort of countermark...?

It might be from Danish India. The design resembles a Scandinavian royal monogram.

agreed, I don't think it is a doudou because the descriptions match.
It's nor French India nor Danish India

I'm inclined to agree. I looked through south east Asia colonials. It's not from there it seems.
Also looked through Danish India, but both Zeno and numista have few coins. And none with that monogram.

The mystery goes on...
Asked my friend. Say some sultan coin. Still working on it.
