The series Cook Islands 2010 are tokens?!! [solved]

Hi,
I would like to know why this series has been moved to category "Tokens" on Numista? <link>
There are some bases to consider that these coins wasn't legal tender? (and if it is not authorities, then who issued this series?).

I know only one thing - that Krause (up to edition 2015) believes that these are "COINS" (KM## 756-762).

I know how you feel. It seems as though either some of the Admins or referees think they know more than anyone else about what's a coin and what's a token. A very good example is the recent mass move of German Notgeld to the token section ...

Gook luck on getting them moved back where they belong ...
