My grandfather recently gave me a load of old coins and i have this one which is on this website however mine is different? Could anyone help me this please.
I think it's an apothecary weight:

Definitely an 1 drachm apothecary weight.

1 Drachm = 60 grains (3.89g)

The homepage from Phil's link also give more information as well as info on the numbers and symbols used on them:

I'm not an expert in any kind of coins, but I reckon I'm good at research and will do my best to help. Feel free to tell me my identifications/valuations/gradings are wrong. It's the only way I'll learn.

Thanks a lot for your help everyone :)
No problem, and welcome to the site. Thanks to the others for confirming what I thought :)

I have added another 2 from US recently, they are still pending for validation.
