Hello forum, I need your help once again!
So, I have got this coin:
It seems pretty normal to me but once I searched it in the forum I saw that this date in particular is missing from the catalog (
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces677.html) as it skips 1942 and 1943 and I couldn't find this coin anywhere. It's also missing from the ncg catalog. I am very confused, can someone help me?

I believe the coin you shown us here is year 1948 instead of 1943

Yes, you have 1948, and this page (different coin) shows the 1943 numbers ...

Yeah, at a first glanced it looked like a "3" and I didn't even think about it because I wouldn't guess that an "8" would have a straight top
Luckly I showed it to my girlfriend and she instantly said "that's an '8' you dumbass"
