The first one is a quite spectacular laminated planchet. It is hard to say how much it could sell for. I've seen such errors go for about $20 or $40...
As for the second coin... I don't see why that should be considered an error.

This is not what a weak strike looks like. It is closer to something like this US nickel. So, it may have spent a long time in a tumbler of some sort. This is just a hypothesis, but I am almost certain that the condition falls under PMD (post-mint damage).
