It's Constantine the Great.

H in left field, S in right field.
Mintmark PLC (Lyons mint)

I did not find the RIC for this one, maybe someone will help more.
Obverse reads (I'm guess on the first few letters since they're blurred out in the photo)
IMP CONSTANTINVS AVG (Constantinus I)

Reverse is
SOLI INVICTO COMITI
H S
PLG (Lugdunum mint)

I don't see an exact match in the catalog
PLC or PLG?

And maybe it's "A S", look at this one
