I think so too. The shield in the middle of the obverse are the Austrian bonds so it should be a Austrian ruler. I see a "X" on the obverse so it could be Maximilian II but the rest of the letters don't fit and are as far as I can tell unreadable.

A fake from that time. They're actually pretty common and are regularly found with coins from that period.
