Thinking about buying this coin but can't find it in Numista. Can you tell me if it is from Tibet has I think it is? What year and is it real? Thanks for any help.

The first coin is this one.
The 五十八年 around the border of obverse means year 58 of Qianlong.
I'm sorry but I'm not an expert in Tibetan coins, so I can not tell whether it is genuine or not. But the edge looks too sharp, like a milled coin, which was not available at that time, in the whole Asia.

I agree.
The details are too good to be from that period
