hey, someone asked me if i want to trade, and i agreed.

after couple of time i understood that's he a scammer and i wrote on his profile that he's a scammer, so that other people don't fall into his trash.

now he writed on my profile that im a scammer for no reason. and now every person that i want to trade with, he thinks that im a scammer.

please help me... what should i do??? ):
Sadly this scum of the earth has the abilty to roam here for years.

In these cases of watertight proof of scamming (especially from many different people) information really should be made public on some kind of page :~ (maybe not on Numista for legal reasons 0:))

Ahoj.
Ask management to cancel the negative rating, it is absolutely clear and obvious who and what happened.
Don't give up, It is sad right from the start to have a bad experience. Just don't send him coins again-
repeatedly.
This is an example from an account,,paveldedeman's profile,,
Rojomano's profile -repeatedly sending coins and it's sad.

I don't know if it's the same person and the same IP address:
https://en.numista.com/echanges/profil.php?id=79028
https://en.numista.com/echanges/profil.php?id=147808

it would seem very sophisticated and experienced, There were no mistakes in the composition of the coins on offer,
I think it would be time to rethink the form of being a member as of now -
IP address and screen document identity card, driver's license only when you want to change and trade. I think GDPR makes it possible while maintaining the principles of information.
As prevention from crime.
And please don't confuse the people of Romania for being thieves- this person will move to New Zealand and will continue there in villains and disgrace people living there.
It is always necessary to consider and minimize the possibility of disappointment,, Have you selected to exchange a member with few ratings? error,,
Don't give up!!

Hello!
Sorry for what happened to you. I think you can't remove the bad feedback from your page.
But, first of all: are you sure that people don't want to swap with you just because they think that you're a scammer? Maybe they don't want to swap with you just because you don't have interesting coins for their collections...for example I'm in numista since December 2018, I sent a lot of messages with swap proposals but only 2 people accepted to swap (other swaps are proposals that I received).

Anyway, now you should raise your feedback. How?
I think there is only a solution: you should do everything possible to make the swap safe. So you should send photos of your coins (if you don't do it yet), send by tracked mail (so you can reduce the possibility to lose the parcel) and if necessary you should be ready to send first to demonstrate that you are a trustworthy person. Don't worry, the feedback will grow up.

Good luck!

P.S. I forgot to recommend you to read ALWAYS feedbacks of your swap partner and to look profiles of their swap partners. And don't forget that your swap partners can read the profile of the scammer: they'll understand that he/she is a scammer
