Not sure if Italian Papal States, maybe Swiss or a German State Bishopric, but it does look like a papal hat and keys to the kingdom on the side with the baroque shield. Perhaps that is saint Peter on the other side. Possibly a token. It is about the size of a quattrino.

Ah, yes it was a coat of arms of Benedict XIV. Yeah, that one looks similar.
