1700's Papal State coin? [solved]

Not sure if Italian Papal States, maybe Swiss or a German State Bishopric, but it does look like a papal hat and keys to the kingdom on the side with the baroque shield. Perhaps that is saint Peter on the other side. Possibly a token. It is about the size of a quattrino.

Any help is much appreciated!
It looks like that the coat of arms is of Ferrara.
