Same as this one
You can see that's the same wording on obverse and reverse but with a vertical symmetry.
It's an evocation of the 2 boudjous-Mahmoud II, Algeria

​Thank you, but is it a coin? I got 2 off them and 6 smaller together with a lot of coins. I thought that they more resembled something from the other side of the world. Thank ypu!
