I have just found
this other type on the MANTIS website. It's not the same, but it allows me to complete the inscription: مشهد مقدس = Mashhad Muqaddas = "Holy Mashhad".
Many have the date 1246, it seems. So, may be that's what I have...
EDIT: Maybe it's Iran KM# 36 (giving only one mint, that of Rasht, as they do in this section) in the
Standard Catalog of World Coins 1801─1900. I hesitate because the reverse seems to have a different inscription at the bottom.
