eBay listing with non-existing Numista page?

Hello everyone,

I just found this on eBay:
https://m.benl.ebay.be/itm/2002-Greece-1-Dollar-Euro-Uncirculated-coin-Repunched-Mint-Mark-Error-1790/264725792625?hash=item3da2e30771:g:kAUAAOSwm-tetsvR

The seller uses a very Numista-like lay-out for his listing. This was discussed here earlier and the general feeling was 'Hooray for Numista' because it builds up credibility.
However, the page that the seller uses doesn't exist on Numista. The moment I saw it I couldn't believe such a page existed here and I immediately tried to find it... Couldn't find it offcourse...
Any thoughts?
And another one... Probably loads more I haven't even seen 😤

I guess this can be viewed as a credit to the popularity of the Numista design.
Unless Numista has specific copyright to that pattern of display & colour - not much can be done!
Um... what do you mean about non-existing? It's a real page.

They seem to have edited the text a bit (and probably only copied part of it in the first place), but otherwise it appears to be 99% real.

I have expressed myself wrong! The page is real enough, but it doesn't mention anything about a 'repunched mintmark', because that is absolutely bullsh?t added by the seller.
In my opinion this is a deliberate attempt to fool people. And yes, I know, you should first do research about the subject you want to buy, especially via eBay and the sorts...
I know! But still I find such practise loathsome!!!

Numista do have copyright as Xavier designs the website. In addition, the copyright of the coin image belongs to Kladokop as shown in the coin page.

And those are used for commercial purpose as obviously the seller put the coin on eBay for sale, with supplement with information (in which Infringement of copyright in concern) which probably boosts the sales.

P.S.
Sadly there is none of expressed terms of service which protects the copyright for the content of the website
Or this one from the same seller: https://www.benl.ebay.be/itm/2002-Portugal-1-Euro-Bimetallic-Uncirculated-Coin-28-Reeds-Error-1845/264734147134?hash=item3da362823e:g:yEkAAOSwxXxewZLn
He even takes over Sjoelund's documentation! With the only purpose of asking a lot of money for a fairly common 1 € coin: almost 13 € (and 20 € shipment cost)!

100 % agreed.

And look at the title: 2002 Greece 1 Dollar Euro Uncirculated coin Re-punched Mint Mark Error. Not only that "re-punched mint mark error" but a 1 Dollar Euro coin? Everything to justify that ridiculous asking price of 175 € for an ordinary coin with a mintage of 50,000,000. Hopefully no one will fall into his trap. Probably not with such a high price.
Long live eBay!
