Swap Rating Help

Hi all,

We are able to make swap rating changes in some circumstances.

Remember, we can't help with the actual swaps. Only the ratings on numista.

- For ratings you gave, we accept all reasonable changes. This means we can adjust both your rating and comment, as well as remove them. The key word is reasonable, so don't pm after every swap.

- For ratings you received, we accept only corrections of obvious mistakes

- We can also delete negative ratings which were obviously posted as retaliation for another negative rating. This is at our discretion, but if you think another user has unfairly retaliated follow this procedure and we'll take a look.
