Can someone help with this note-- I believe it to be Senegal (K) but cannot locate

The into banknotes “Western African States” and scroll down to the note and like you said it is a Senegal version with the first two of the serial number being the date 2008 in this case.
Hi to whoever is reading this. Did you know that TYPEWRITER (on a QWERTY keyboard) is the longest word you can type using only the letters on one row of the keyboard.
