french 10 centimes #898 Vichy question

4 posts
Hello,
Does anybody know how to qualify 10 centimes Vichy State coin (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces704.html) if its 1.4 mm thick and weight varies from 2.52 to 2,54 grams like my both coins as below:

One hole is 5.1 mm and the other one 5.4 mm
I could not find any information on internet if its #898.1 or #898.2
I will appreciate any assistance
Thanks.
Radek
I did find >
KM# 898.1 is 1.5mm thick (diameter 21.0mm, weight 2.65gr) and made for Vichy French State,
KM# 898.2 is thinner 1.3mm (diameter 21.3mm, weight 2.46gr),
but as yours is 1.4mm not sure which you have, though I guess the first one.

You might classify as "Heavy"
But, in contradiction with the SCWC, french collectors reference books consider the difference so tiny, that they don't differentiate these 2 varieties.

Thank you, I assume them as 898.1 but still not 100% sure if its a thin or thick flan
